Website Pricing in Estonia: What You Get at Each Price Level

An honest breakdown of each price tier — and the questions to ask any agency before you sign.

Website Pricing in Estonia: What You Get at Each Price Level

"How much does a website cost?" — it's the first question every client asks. And the answer they usually get is "it depends." Nobody's favourite answer, but an accurate one: the price depends on what exactly you need, what stage your business is at and what you expect the site to do.

In Estonia, small-business websites mostly cost between €500 and €5,000. To make sense of that range, here are our packages — what each price level includes and what it doesn't. All prices exclude 24% VAT.

From €500 — Starter Website. A one-pager or up to 3 pages, works on phones and loads fast, a contact form and the Google basics (search and Maps). You can edit the texts yourself and get 14 days of free fixes. Ready in 1–2 weeks. Suits a new business, a single-service company or a local service provider. Doesn't include a blog, an online store or several languages.

From €1,000 — Professional Website. Up to 8 pages with a custom design, a homepage built to bring enquiries, a blog or references, Google and visitor statistics set up, and a connection to your newsletter or customer list. 30 days of free support. Ready in 2–3 weeks. Our most picked package — most service businesses need exactly this. Several languages, bookings or a price calculator add to the price.

From €2,000 — Online store. WooCommerce or Shopify, up to 50 products set up, bank links and card payments (Montonio), Omniva, DPD and SmartPosti parcel lockers, training and a video guide. Ready in 3–4 weeks. A bigger catalogue, a link to your stock system or a custom checkout mean a bigger budget — a store with thousands of products is priced on scope.

Maintenance from €290 a month. Updates, backups, security monitoring and up to 4 hours of changes a month. For when you don't want to worry about the technical side yourself. One-off improvements can also be done as a quick fix from €250.

Final advice before you sign: always ask — who actually builds the site? Is the work passed on to someone else? Can you edit the content yourself? Who owns the site after the project? What happens if something breaks six months later? The answers separate a good agency from a poor one.
